Noah J. Schmidt
Noah has practiced with the firm since 2016 in the field of real estate taxation and related issues, and concentrates largely on contesting real property values before Assessors and Boards of Review in Cook and outlying counties, the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board and in the Circuit Court. In addition, Noah handles incentive class applications and exemption related matters.
Noah earned his Bachelors in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Denver in 2012, and his law degree from DePaul University in 2015. Noah’s previous work experiences includes the Denver District Attorney’s Office, Brown Brothers Harriman, MB Financial Bank and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where he was a law clerk in the Real Estate Tax Division of the Civil Actions Bureau.
He is an active member of the Illinois State and Chicago Bar Associations.
