Marty has been an associate of the firm for the past 10 years. Before coming to the firm, Marty was engaged in the general practice of law for over 20 years. He concentrates his work in real estate taxation before the Cook County Assessor, Board of Review, the Circuit Court and the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board.
Marty also represents commercial and residential property owners before the Circuit Court defending tax deed proceedings and for the recovery of their lost equity in tax deed indemnity proceedings.
He is a member of the Chicago and Illinois Bar Associations and received his law degree from DePaul University after attending the University of Illinois as a business major.
