Schmidt Salzman & Moran, Ltd.’s dedicated and diversified paralegal and support staff plays an important role in the many steps necessary for the attorneys to complete an in-depth analysis of its clients’ properties and the professional presentations of the brief and evidence to the assessing authorities.
Although many have attended paralegal schools, the entire staff is also trained in-house by the attorneys on an ongoing basis. Those staff members sharing the greatest paralegal responsibilities have been with the firm for an average of 15 years, with varied backgrounds, such as assisting an M.A.I. appraiser for several years and serving as an on-site military paralegal in the Iraq war. They provide the attorneys with the skills necessary to assemble data and assist in the presentation of the most effective work product.
